TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions of Panache Administration Services are set out to confirm that both parties understand the work/tasks to be carried out, the costs involved and the time scale set for payments.
Upon receipt of the request for ad hoc work Panache Administration Services shall send to the client a "booking request form" which shall include details of the work, duration of work (i.e. days, weeks, months), deadline date and agreed fee.
The client should sign and return the form to confirm agreement of the work before the agreed start date. (E-mail signatures shall be accepted). NOTE: The booking form can be sent either by e-mail, or post.
Work can be received and dispatched by e-mail attachment, fax, or post. All documents sent to us electronically will be scanned for viruses. The client must have their own anti-virus software in place to protect from any potential malicious software. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption or interception of data due to such a circumstance.
All stationary, postage, printing costs and all other expenses shall be charged separately, unless agreed beforehand.
All work shall be treated as strictly confidential. No information shall be divulged to a third party and all information shall be destroyed 3 months after the end of a project, unless specifically requested by the client to be kept longer for future reference.
Panache Administration Services operates to the highest standard possible, but it is ultimately the clients responsible for final proof reading of all documents for correctness. Any amendments will be made free of charge, if notified within 48 hours. Panache Administration Services will not accept liability for any errors or omissions in work that has not been checked by the client.
Must be made in writing and preferably prior to the commencement of the work. If work has already commenced and the time spent on the project exceeds the minimum contract period the client will be required to pay for the extra time.
An invoice and timesheet will be produced for the client once work has been completed and payment to be received within 7 days from date of invoice. Invoices shall be included with returned work and shall be sent by e-mail or by post. (Clients must ensure they have provided a valid e-mail address for this purpose).
Payment to Panache Administration Services can be made by cash, cheque or BACS payment as detailed on the invoice.
If payment is not received on-time, Panache Administration Services reserves the right to charge 5% interest per month on the outstanding balance from the date of invoice until the date of payment. Any bank charges which may occur as a result of returned cheques or cancelled payments are the responsibility of the client and will be recovered accordingly.
